Monday, January 20, 2020 - Enjoyed this yesterday with plain old burgers and tater tots....of all things! Great from the pnp but obviously improved, deepened became richer in the glass and on the palate an hour or two in. Wonderful dark mountain fruit, bracing acidity and a few layers of complexity. This has many years left and while it is in a good place right now, I'm sure it gets a point or two better down the road.
