Sunday, November 12, 2017 - Wine Tasting Group (11/12/2017): PnP. Ripe, dense plum aromas with freshly cracked black pepper. Palate is similar with dense ripe blackfruits that borders but does not cross the line of being overdone for me. Black pepper adds interest with pretty good acids that lifts the wine from any flabbiness. Definitely mostly about the fruit but I enjoyed this more than I thought I would.
