Wednesday, March 7, 2018 - Fairchild and Benediction tasting event. #3 wine for me, dark crimson color, berry, cedar, leather, superb structure, perhaps the longest life ahead due to structure. Tasted shortly after opening so this had little air, but as with other wines from Fairchild exceptionally well made without being over the top sweet or extracted.
