Thursday, July 23, 2020 - Heady nose of petrol and fresh lemon, some honey, fruit cup cherries, all of which continue through the palate. The weight on this Riesling is hefty and dukes it out with the pucker-level lemon citrus and cold wet stone. Plenty of ripe apricot, white peach on the palate too. All of the elements are complimentary, and fight for attention- they are boldly energetic- before settling into a mellowed honey and clean, dry mineral finish.
