Monday, August 7, 2023 - This is in a nice drinking window right now. Haven’t had this ‘16 prior, but suspect the fruit is starting to let down a bit. Liking the current profile. Smoky, red cherry, strawberry, and a touch of vanilla. There’s some tertiary building in the background too. I wouldn’t hold these too much longer as it’s showing quite nicely now.
