Saturday, December 31, 2022 - 375ml. 2 hour decant. No need for hesitation. It’s young, but can’t imagine it will get much better than this. Nose, fruit, wood, tannin all integrating beautifully. Perfect with New Years Eve filet mignon and Maitre D’Hotel butter.
