Monday, October 16, 2023 - First bottle from a futures purchase. Glad I waited. After 3 hour decant, opened up with concentrated dark fruits - rich merlot profile, but not overripe. Youthful tension and structure with fine tannins. Brilliant with the fillet mignon we had. Excellent first showing. Look forward to following its evolution.
