Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - Nose - spices and dark fruit, light smokiness
Palate - tart and sweet dark berries and fruit, smooth, full mouthfeel. Medium bodied, medium finish.
Paired with pizza snd green salad. Truly delicious. Would be good with chicken dishes, especially chicken parmesan.

3/21/24 - Very good today with mashed potatoes and gravy, breaded chicken patties, sauteed cherry tomatoes and zucchini.
