To me the fruits are dark fruits like blackberry and blueberry but the main thing for me was the leathery, earthy side and maybe some pepper from the Syrah. Next time chill and decant. Really great qpr.
8/11/18. Have enjoyed several bottles now and very consistent. Licorice and vanilla on the nose along with a little dust and a hint of alcohol at the beginning. Black fruits, moderate tannins. Very smooth and balanced.
