Monday, July 31, 2023 - The taste grows on you. Not immediately lovable. Shiny/sunny yellow in colour. Aromas show gooseberries, lemon, smokiness. Flavours follow. Definite telltale sauv blanc flavours. Medium weight with a nice freshness, touch of creaminess and lemon pith bitterness. But their is some body weight to the wine. Nice wine but not quite my style in a sauv blanc.
