Monday, May 20, 2019 - Much rounder than the 2014 version (which is the most recent vintage we have of this wine .... don’t know how we missed buying the 2015). Loads of gooseberry, some white grapefruit, followed by a finish of anise and chalk. The mouthfeel is a touch round for a SB; not in a bad way. Decent length and excellent balance. 14.2% alc. Chicken Meuniere (chicken cutlets) with a squeeze of lemon and topped with arugula. Recommended.
