Monday, December 12, 2022 - Drank over two days. I’ve been socking away Lahaye bottles for a few years but this is the first one I’ve had. Terrific right out of the gate and maybe even better on day 2. Layers of crisp acidity, baking spice, apple, lemon zest. Not the most complex but extremely well balanced. Drinking superbly well at the moment. Disgorged 11/19.
