Friday, August 25, 2023 - Missed the disgorgement date. Think it was 2022. Perpetual of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay. No dose. Racy. Apple, mulled strawberry and a good dose of wet rock with some lemony acid. I liked it but this needs to be without a chill to open it up. A transparent and clean style. Enjoyed it.
