Thursday, November 13, 2014 - An advertisement for Champagne without dosage. The fruit ripe enough so that this comes across as a complete wine, and not as a !NONDOSAGE! Champagne. The fruit is ripe and nuanced in its expression, the texture is ample, there is great acidity and focus, and the wine feels perfectly balanced. On day two the flavors take on a lovely gingerly note. Excellent stuff.
