Saturday, July 25, 2015 - I grow more and more in love with wines from Benoit Lahaye. Especially his Brut Nature is so rich, juicy and long, that the wine appears almost sweet on the palate. Beautiful notes of butter, honey and apple juice / cider. Wet leaves. Beautifully gentle perlage. Wine to feel happy and grateful. Disgorgement 1/2015. 90% pinot noir, 10% chardonnay.
