Wednesday, June 29, 2016 - Inviting nose of stewed apple and rhubarb plus the classic yeasty notes too. The palate is dry but my no means austere as you might expect from a champagne without dosage. Delicious apple fruit on entry with lots of crunchy acidity on the finish. Very good indeed.
