Wednesday, November 23, 2016 - New disgorgement - October 2016, so this wine is still a little bit primal, but beside the young kicking energy everything else is as good as it gets. Light old pink to brownish colour. Beautiful gentle mousse. Incredibly juicy and ripe, lifted acidity, long, structured, balanced, round. Apple pie / baked apples, cooked corn aroma, sweet spices. This will definitely benefit from some aging, but even now this is very drinkable and great with food.
