Sunday, August 13, 2017 - So generous and still delicate! Revisiting after 9 months I tasted it right after disgorgement on October 2016. The wine has definitely settled a bit, but not getting any softer - still very youthful, radiant, refreshing. Bone dry. Beautiful saline and rocky nose, broad and clean on the palate with apples and citrus bitter, light spice (ginger). Very creamy mousse, long finish. This is going to be a great one.
