Saturday, March 31, 2018 - Disg 10/2016. Still on the young side, but finally settled a bit and gained some volume. Incredibly juicy and fresh sour apple with depth of aromas of dough and chalk. The palate continues the nose, adds saline minerality. Medium body, airy but mouthful, lively. Great! With years ahead.
