Sunday, March 8, 2020 - Predominantly Pinot Noir, minimal amounts of Chardonnay
This is a rich champagne with pronounced red fruit and biscuity aromas. Has the power to pair very well with food.
Dry. Despite zero dosage, it was not austere. It was still very supple and balanced.
