Tuesday, June 9, 2020 - Disgorgement 1/20. The quality standards of Benoit Lahaye are steady as a rock. Purity and restrained power are trademarks of his wines. Salty on the nose, wet stones, beautiful yeasty freshness. Light on the palate yet broad and very long. Lime and lemon with apple skin, great structure and texture. Delicious as always.
