Thursday, August 13, 2020 - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. 80% of the grapes come from Bouzy, and 20% from Ambonnay.
This Brut Nature always includes a high percentage of reserve wines (sometimes as much as 50 percent). Aged 10months in 205L oak barrel and then for an average of 30 months on the lees. No SO2 added, unfiltered.

It tastes with hint of mature oxidative and nutty notes with plenty of ripe red dates, juicy ripe apple, pastry flavours. Minerally, toasty, lively and vibrant. It is the immense focus and lingering finish that draw your attention.
