Saturday, September 5, 2020 - The Grand Cru Champagne Brut Nature by Benoit Lahaye is blended from 3 harvests with 40% reserve wine, mostly Pinot Noir (90%) and a small percentage of Chardonnay (10%), exclusively from Grand Cru Bouzy and Ambonnay. No dosage during degorgement.

Bright pale golden color. Expressive red apple, apricot, chalky, some nuttiness and caramel. Sharp acidity, creamy bubbles, fine and focused palate. A harmony between its fresh, minerally, fruity and aged characters. Utterly delicious.
