Sunday, April 11, 2021 - Disgorged July 2019. Great salinity, medium density/vinousness, a core of salty stones, chalk, and tart/unripe/green berries, in a good way. Super-versatile Champer, one I could imagine serving with bigger dishes. (N.b.: The acidity's fantastic, but it's unlikely I'd call this for Brut Nature.)
