Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - Still a bit young and rustic, but this wine is coming into its own; probably another 1-2 years in the cellar before it can shine. Right now it's still too tightly wound.

    1/4/2024 9:56:00 AM - @ Harethewineguy I have seen a big change in this wine in the last 12 months, so I am hoping it's going to happen faster than 5 years; usually Burgundy grand cru is ready to drink after 10 years, so I am hoping 2025!
