Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Pale maroon in glass. Intensely aromatic nose of cherries and dried strawberries, improved progressively over 2 hours. On the palate, crunchy red fruits, spice, black tea. Light to medium bodied, could not feel any tannins. Very drinkable, the only thing to mention, I felt was that the spice was a little overpowering at the beginning.
