Tuesday, March 7, 2023 - My first bottle from this vintage and I was not disappointed. Notes of honeysuckle, citrus, with undercurrent of minerals and spice. Great mouthfeel with long satisfying finish.

3/8/2023 12:10:00 PM - Thanks for the feedback! I generally don't decant white wines. However, a wine of the complexity almost certainly would benefit from decanting - I may try that next time.

3/8/2023 4:42:00 PM - I normally would not decant any whites except for maybe Aubert and this maker, but I do routinely let them reach room temp of 74 deg as we just feel they open up and play better at that temp.
