Monday, April 26, 2021 - Unapologetically modern, ripe Burgundy. Nose shows substantive dark cherry and raspberry with pronounced wood spice. Palate big, ripe, juicy, with some drying tannins. Just enough earth tone to suggest it might be old world, but this would be a very good crossover wine for those who cut their pinot teeth on Oregon fruit.
