Friday, March 23, 2018 - Opened for a couple hours in bottle. Very solid Sonoma Coast bottling balancing full bodied extract with food friendly acidity. Still stylistically this leans more toward full bodied with plenty syrupy raspberry, cola and vanilla. Freshness is added with iron rich minerals and fresh cherries. Needs 1-2 more years to full evolve.
