Sunday, September 27, 2020 - Deep Ruby color, clearing at the edge. Nose is surprisingly shy, just a suggestion of black fruits, grape stem and sun dried tomato ( of all things).
Body is medium weight and tannins are fine and moderately firm, which surprised me, but it doesn't detract from the wine at all, especially since the acidity is well balanced and mouthwatering.
The slurp is delicious, red berry, saddle leather and spice notes marry well for a supple and fruit driven palate.
