Thursday, August 17, 2023 - Another Willi Schaeffer kabinett winner--so nicely balanced, full of mineral-driven acid in a field of slightly fruity orange blossoms, mild apricot, grassy scents, lemon hints and that Graacher Domprobst sturdiness underneath an elegant cover. I like these a year or two more aged to perfect the acid/sugar balance, but definitely ready to enjoy as a wonderful food wine.
