Sunday, June 16, 2019 - Bright lime pith and sweet citrus florals. Brioche toast. Rich, bright, crisp, stroopwaffle, nutty roasted cashew and hazelnuts. Long clean minerality, lovely clarity and balance. Not exactly complex, but paired perfect with our yumcha items! Good value.
