Friday, December 3, 2021 - Bright pale golden straw, energetic bubbles which receded to fine bead, fine medium mousse. Apples, citrus, lively acidity but not overpowering, slight leees qualities, not overly complex, some nougat and creaminess, would be good with scallops I think. Second glass I felt there was a little tart acidity on the finish. All in all a decent of not amazing champagne.
