Sunday, July 18, 2021 - 14.4% abv. Dark ruby, very aromatic. Ripe plum, black pepper, mint and a floral note on the palate. Very deep, rich and intense as expected, but light on its feet and not at all ponderous. Exceptional balance. Great now, and will no doubt improve for sometime. A very distinguished Petite.
