Saturday, February 13, 2021 - A deep dark purple hue. The aromas are sexy and elegant with wafts of oak, graphite, leather and cardamom coming together like that awesome new perfume you just discovered. Cassis, blackberry, cocoa, and tobacco entangled with a firm grainy structured palate. An entire mouth drying encounter makes this wine feel and taste like the big bold Cabernet I have come to expect from Howell Mountain. A lengthy decant is warranted for this alluring potion. 94+ points.
