Sunday, September 25, 2022 - Drank from a magnum, slow-oxed over 2 days. Acid and tannins weave a beautiful structure that captures the rich fruit concentration, the powerful acidity. A touch of oak to rounds out the mouthfeel. Gentle floral scents blow around the room as you swirl this, keeping the mind relaxed.

There's plenty of stars in this orchestra that could shine on their own, but Cathy's skill as a conductor has allowed them to shine as a group.

I love Cathy's style where you can taste the Cali sunshine without getting knocked out of your seat by a big wine.
