Sunday, April 7, 2024 - Old school style from a classic and iconic producer. Mature and open for business. Vibrant and so well balanced from a somewhat warm vintage. Excellent pairing with a variety of puff pastry mini pizzas (asparagus with creme fraiche, mushrooms with Parmigiano-lemon zest creme and goat cheese with onion compote). Such a versatile wine. Will easily hold for years to come.
