Sunday, February 11, 2018 - The nose showed crushed stone minerality with hints of sweet undergrowth up front, and slowly evolving into over-ripe peach. On the palate, I found silky yet energizing textures, a mix of both dense ripe fruit and brisk acidity, and notes of peach and lime that satiated the senses. The finish was long, settling on the palate and slowly cleansed by resonating minerals and lively acids.
