Sunday, April 18, 2021 - A fair dinkum Australian classic, and arguably one of our most consistent wines. The usual suspects are there: dark fruit, cassis, acid, tannin, and a hint of mint. But there’s a lightness on its feet that suggests a slight shift in style. No doubt this wine will age well; but Sue and team have made this approachable now. To quote someone I’d rather not: drink now or hold.
