Monday, August 23, 2021 - So not ready yet. This score will certainly increase with more time, but it’s not there yet. Did a double decant with the Menu Wine Breather, wasn’t enough, so then used aerator into glass, which did smooth it out pretty well. Dark fruit with a bite until we smoothed it out. Suggest super long decant or wait several years.
