Friday, March 11, 2022 - Ok. There is a lot going on with this wine. It’s complex, layered and filled with a wonderful mix of dark fruit & tannins. Highly structured and can see this aging like a French BDX. QPR @ $275 is not great but it is a WA99 rated wine flirting with perfection. Given all the new style fruit forward/fruit bombs coming out of Napa this one is more restrained, complex but has all the stuffing. You will be rewarded to wait another 5-10 Years. At least I have one bottle remaining.
