Monday, March 18, 2024 - Nose: Perfumed cherry compote, cigar, rose, tea, and graphite. Seductive nose that is ever changing. Palate: Soft and elegant on the palate with caramelized red currant, raspberries, caramel corn, toasted morello cherry and woody spice notes. Finish: great length still, and beautiful browned fruits, caramel and spice.

An absolutely charming wine that is a peak into how the glycerin centered structure of the 29s has ageed over the decades. Outstanding. Drank with EC below.
