Wednesday, December 29, 2021 - Super interesting wine. 3rd bottle of it.

Color. Gold yellow.

Nose. Petrol, slate, yellow apples, and honey.

Palate. Ginger, apple peel, crisp acidity. There's a lot going on here for a Kabinett.
