Thursday, March 31, 2022 - Alto Piemonte (Terra Rossa): Really interesting wine, both spicier and sweeter than its flight-mates. Still a touch of oak obvious after 11 years. Rather suave on the palate, with violets, liquorice, a creaminess and (as with all the reds tonight) compensating acidity. Tasty stuff.
