Wednesday, July 19, 2017 - The nose was pleasantly sweet with notes of ripe mango, mint, baked apple, sage and almond. On the palate I found oily textures yet lighter than you’d expect, displaying savory, saline notes, bracing minerality and young peach. The finish was medium in length with lingering apple, citrus and saline-mineral tones.
