Saturday, January 27, 2018 - This was a surprise. The bottle is only $45, but drinks like a $70 bottle. Big ripe sweet red fruit and well balanced. It was not clawing and the tannins were just enough to tame the fruit. It was a pnp and would go well with pizza, chicken, cheese etc. I would not open with red meat as I like more complexity with steak or lamb. Excellent buy and a go to wine without breaking the bank. A great QPR.
