Sunday, April 19, 2020 - Feel that the nose is a bit nondescript, though i pick up faint blue and back BlackBerry. As I write these notes, the wine has softened a bit from its initial opening when it had a bit more layering. However this is a classic QC red blend that’s a consistent crowd pleaser and is fine both on its own or with food.

Based on this experience I would not decant, and would drink within 90 mins-2hrs after opening.
