Sunday, July 31, 2022 - Dark red almost opaque, full bodied, rich dark fruit flavor, strong but well integrated tannins, well balanced acidity. It is a pleasure to drink and to appreciate how good a great Cabernet can be. It was excellent right after pulling the cork. Perhaps it has reached its optimum age?
