Wednesday, July 18, 2018 - JJ Prum - 2016 range tasting (ChinChin Sydney): Licorice, plum, pineapple, lemon and vanilla with some orange peel as well on the swirling, lifted nose. Mouth-filling intensity with a bold flavour profile but the acidity to cut through brilliantly. Great carry and interest in this wine already, with texture and character. Super stuff.
