Community Tasting Note

Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Stupid me, I didn’t take tasting notes, because it was Thanksgiving and I was enjoying myself. But let me just say WOW WOW WOW. Had been holding this wine for some time, and it was worth it. I remember how lush on the palate it was — minimal petrol — and so lovely with the turkey dinner. Glad I still have a couple bottles in the “vault” as I am excited to see this evolve further.
